A Pakistani Army helicopter crashed in Gilgit-Baltistan due to a technical flaw in which four soldiers were killed. With this helicopter, the body of an army soldier was being taken to a hospital in Skardu.
The army said in a statement that the helicopter crashed in Minimarg in Estor district on Saturday evening. The statement said that the technical fault caused the accident and killed the pilot, co-pilot and two soldiers. Gilgit-Baltistan’s Information Minister Fatullah Khan expressed condolences on the incident.
