China has successfully launched a new remote sensing satellite. According to China’s official news agency ‘Xinhua’, the satellite was launched from ‘Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center’ in northwest China. According to the news, the ‘Yaoghan-33’ satellite was launched from the ‘Long March-4C’ rocket and it has entered the orbit.
Under the mission, ‘Micro and Nano’ technology experimental satellite has also been sent into orbit. Both these satellites will be used in scientific experiments, land resource survey, crop yield estimation and disaster forecasts.
