China is persecuting Muslim minorities and persecuting them. The rest of the people should help the government in this unethical work, it is telling through China’s biggest tech company Alibaba advertisement.
The software created by Alibaba can easily identify any Uygar and other religious minorities present in the picture or video of the crowd. He has promoted this on his website for his cloud computing business.
According to an investigation by the Surveillance Industry Publication, this software was being created to search for terrorists, pornography and other banned things, but Uigar was shown as these restricted sections for publicity.
Alibaba also said that people can help the government in their identification and monitoring. The Chinese government has kept about 1 million Uigars in captivity. Thousands of people are subjected to camps to prevent psychological and physical torture.
Alibaba removed the content from the website when it was questioned about the content in question. The statement said that Uigars and minorities were mentioned to explain the technique. However, it did not explain why the technology to identify the minorities separately in the crowd should reach among the people.
Let us know, Alibaba is considered to be the only competitor company of Amazon. Its shares are also listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Alibaba is the first company in China selling Uygar detection technology. Last week, China’s major tech company Huawei also began testing software that alerts police when Uygar’s face appears in a crowd.
