Although the construction of the Ram temple in Ayodhya has not yet started, illegal collection of funds in the name of Ram temple has started . Another similar case came up in Moradabad on Saturday. The chairman of Shriram Nirman Nidhi Surrender Committee Moradabad has filed a case against four people in the police civil lines. Earlier, a case of recovery in the name of Ram temple has been registered in Majhola police station after printing fake receipt.
Chairman of Shri Ram Mandir Nidhi Surrender Committee Moradabad, Om Prakash Shastri reached Civil Lines police station along with Prabhat Goel, Minister of the committee. He has filed a case against accused Rohan Saxena resident Vijay Nagar police station Katghar, Amit Agarwal resident old tehsil against Kotwali, Harsh Verma resident Chaurasi Ghanta police station Nagphani and Manoj Vyas former activist Vishwa Hindu Parishad. In which he told that the accused have started illegally collecting donations from people by preparing a receipt in the name of Ayodhya Ram temple.
He told that when he reached out to the people for surrender, it was found that someone had already taken donations from him. Civil Lines Police Station Incharge Darvesh Kumar said that the case has been registered. Whatever facts will be revealed in the investigation. Action will be taken on the same basis.
Earlier, on 25 December, BJP District President Rajpal Chauhan filed a case against a person on the receipt by printing a photo of him and cabinet minister Bhupendra Chaudhary to collect donations in the name of Ram Mandir.
