Pakistan fired rockets

Pakistan fired rockets from its southwestern border on a border town in Afghanistan, killing nine people and injuring 50 others. Afghan officials claimed this on Friday. On the other hand, Pakistan said that Afghan border guards attacked first.

Afghanistan’s Defense Ministry said Pakistan fired rockets at Spinboldak on Thursday, killing nine people and injuring 50 others. Subsequently, the Afghan security forces retaliated.
Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry said on Friday that Afghan forces fired at innocent civilians and Pakistani forces without “provocation” after which Pakistan retaliated. Pakistan said that tension was subsequently reduced through military and diplomatic channels
