The United Arab Emirates (UAE) on Sunday said it has approved the issuance of a 10-year Golden Visa to more professionals. This includes PhD degree holders, physicians, engineers and a few special graduates from universities. The UAE issues golden visas to the talented people to settle in the Gulf and help them in nation building. UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Dubai ruler Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum announced this by tweeting.
He tweeted, ‘We today approved the decision to issue a 10-year Golden Visa for migrants in these categories: all PhD degree holders, all physicians, computer engineering, electronics, programming, electricity and biotechnology, from universities accredited by the UAE Graduates whose GPA (grade point average) is 3.8 or above. ‘
In this regard, Gulf News reported that the Golden Visa will also be given to special degree holders, including experts in fields such as artificial intelligence and epidemiology. It is noteworthy that this decision has been approved by the Council of Ministers of the UAE.
