The US has supported the dialogue between India and Pakistan once more on Kashmir. US State Department spokesman Ned Price said, “We condemn the terrorists who infiltrate across the Line of Control.” The US appealed to all sides to abide by the commitments of the 2003 ceasefire agreement while reducing tension on the LoC.
US State Department spokesman Ned Price further said that the US continues to support direct dialogue between India and Pakistan on Kashmir and other contentious issues. State Department spokesman Ned Price said, “We are closely monitoring the developments in Jammu and Kashmir. There has been no change in our policy regarding the region. We call on all sides to abide by the 2003 ceasefire agreement to reduce tension on the Line of Control (LoC). “
On a question, Price said that we condemn the attempts of infiltration of terrorists through the Line of Control. It cannot be endorsed in any way. We want the dialogue between India and Pakistan to continue in Kashmir and other matters. Price was asked a question about what efforts would be made by Foreign Minister Antony Blinken to restore the ceasefire declared by India and Pakistan.
