It targeted China’s aggression against India in the Galvan Valley and the growing regional bullying of China in and around disputed areas such as the South China Sea. It has also been said that China was trying to capture the territory of India by diverting attention to the corona virus.
Congress member Steve Schabet, along with Indian American MP Amy Berra, introduced the NDAA amendment on Monday. It said that India and China should work to reduce tension along the Line of Actual Control (LAC).
